But black pepper is not just a spice, it is a very useful essential oil. And this should be known to every aroma therapist.
For thousands of years, pepper has been considered an effective medicine in different cultures and is used in folk medicine of many cultures. Ayurveda and traditional Chinese medicine used black pepper to treat colds, constipation, dysentery, fever, indigestion, hemorrhoids, as an antimalarial agent.

EO Black Pepper (3 drops)
EO Lemon (3 drops)
EO Eucalyptus (2 drops)
EO Peppermint (2 drops)
Method:
Add oils to the diffuser with clean water

Recipe with Essential Oil (EO) of Black pepper for a romantic and bit spicy mood
Ingredients:
Black Pepper EO (3 drops)
Sandalwood EO (5 drops)
Ylang-ylang EO (5 drops)
Ginger root EO (2 drops)
Golden Jojoba oil (1 tbsp)
What we do:
Mix all the oils in golden jojoba oil.
Rub the oil into the skin of the back, neck and shoulders with massaging movements until completely absorbed
Recipe for muscle relaxation with Essential Oil (EO) of Black Pepper
Ingredients:
Black Pepper EO (5 drops)
Ginger root EO (10 drops)
Cypress Needle EO (10 drops)
Juniper berries EO (5 drops)
Golden jojoba oil (2 tablespoons)
What we do:
Mix all the oils in golden jojoba oil.
Gently rub into tense muscles

*Before using any mixture, do a sensitivity patch test: apply oil to the elbow bend and look for a reaction for 15 minutes
